We take 2-3 business days to present a proof from the date we receive art and disk. Proofs are provided in mini-format, where we output a small version of your design at the same resolution on the same material that will eventually be printed and delivered to the respective destinations. Exception: High quantity posters printed using Offset Lithography, where a Kodak proof is provided.

When the proof is approved, we take 5-7 business days to print. Shipping via ground takes 2-3 business days for the east coast and up to 5-6 days for the west coast. We ship to all markets nationally and internationally. Faster delivery is available by utilizing 2 Day Air and Overnight delivery. We ship using all methods from local hand deliveries to International Overnight.

File Setup Guidelines:

• A hard copy should be supplied with the electronic file. Please indicate any PMS colors, FPO images to be replaced, and any other specific information clearly on the hard copy or attach to the hard copy.
  
• All links used in document must be sent along. If EPS files have photos embeded into the layout, please send all placed images.
  
• For best quality images should be a minimum of 300dpi. Send all images in CMYK format, never leave in RGB or Index color. Save files as EPS or Tiff format.
  
• Send all screen and printer fonts used in the page layout. This also includes fonts used in linked files such as Freehand or Illustrator EPS’s. When at all possible convert fonts to paths or outlines in the document.
  
• Please specify colors from a color guide (i.e. Pantone Matching System). Colors that looks good on screen, may not print exactly that color. Different applications preview colors differently.
